Umbrian cuisine sits at the heart of Letizia’s life’s work. So you’ll be joining her in the kitchen, for one of her unforgettable cooking classes Her cooking classes have been mentioned as one of the top cooking school experiences in Food and Wine Magazine and was included in National Geographics’ “Food Journeys of a Lifetime: 500 extraordinary places where to eat around the globe”.
Just paging through Letizia’s cookbook “A Kitchen with a View” will give you a feel for the style of cooking that awaits you - one with full respect for the simple and beautiful ingredients found locally. We’ll be enjoying the bounty of late spring and feasting on our own cooking afterwards.
